When we stop using every circumstance around us as an excuse to complain, and instead start taking responsibility, everything around us begins to change.

Complaining is easy.
Blaming the system, the economy, our background, or even our age, it all feels justified, good reasons.
But real growth starts the day we say;

“I may not have control over everything, but I can control how I respond, and what I choose to build from here.”

Start seeing yourself as a 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿.
Leadership doesn’t begin when you have a title or a huge platform. It begins when you decide to make a difference 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲. When you start taking complete responsibility.

You might be 19, 20, or 22 years old…
You may not have money, fame, or influence yet.
But guess what?
There’s a 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄 that you are equipped to solve.

I read about a woman called 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲.
She wasn’t born into wealth or privilege.
As a woman in 19th century Poland, she couldn’t even attend university in her home country. But she didn’t complain or wait for opportunities to find her, she created her own path.

She worked as a governess to support her sister’s education, studied in secret, moved to France with limited resources, and eventually became the 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗡𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀.

Marie Curie didn’t start at the top.

One of the greatest challenges every young leader will face is not just having an idea, but knowing 𝗛𝗢𝗪 to bring that idea to life.

This is where many get stuck.

They have dreams, passion, even a strong work ethic… but without a clear understanding of how to go about their ideas, they end up feeling stuck, frustrated, and disappointed.
They put in so much effort, but see very little progress.

𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆. That’s why almost everyone has one.
But very few succeed with their ideas, because they fail to answer the most critical question; 𝗛𝗢𝗪?

If you don’t deliberately search for the 𝗛𝗢𝗪, no matter how powerful your idea is, you may never see it come alive.

Your 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 (the idea) is important, but your 𝗛𝗢𝗪 is what determines whether that idea ever becomes real.

It’s like knowing your destination is in 𝗬𝗮𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲. That’s great.

This is why knowledge is powerful.
The right knowledge is what unlocks the 𝗛𝗼𝘄.
And when you gain it, you stop wandering, you start building.

Today, I had the honor to be part of a massive cleanup campaign in commemoration of World CleanUp Day, the theme for this year's event was 𝗦𝗲𝗮 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲. With over 80 enthusiastic participants, we came together to make a tangible impact on our environment.

Witnessing the eagerness of young people to drive positive change was truly amazing and inspiring. As the Environment Coordinator at CENEC , this experience reinforced my passion for fighting plastic pollution, a battle I've been actively engaged in for years.

It's not always easy, but every small action counts. I'm proud to be part of a collective movement that refuses to give up. Our partnership with Association for community awareness-ASCOA and other amazing organisations made this event possible.
