Cameroon's Prime Ministry has declared that educational and institutional activities would all end early from January 17th due to the Africa Cup of Nations.
Until Friday February 4, 2022, schools will close at 1PM and work at 2PM across the national territory. The declaration, the Secretary General at the Prime Minister's office says, is on instructions from the Head of State.
this seems to be a measure to fill empty stadiums witnessed during some AFCON games across the country. Stay tuned for more details.
