My dear Anglophone brothers and sisters,
I stand before you today with a dream, a dream that one day, our children will live in a Cameroon where they will not be judged by the language they speak, but by the content of their character.
A dream where Anglophones will no longer be marginalized, no longer be excluded from opportunities, no longer be treated as second-class citizens.
A dream where our language, our culture, and our identity will be respected and celebrated, not suppressed and ignored.
A dream where our children will have access to quality education, where they will be taught in their mother tongue, and where they will have equal opportunities to succeed.
A dream where our voices will be heard, where our concerns will be addressed, and where our rights will be respected.
I have a dream that one day, Anglophones will be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their language, culture, or geographical location.
I have a dream that one day, Cameroon will be a nation where every citizen, regardless of their linguistic background, will have equal opportunities to thrive and succeed.
Let us work together to make this dream a reality. Let us stand up for our rights, let us demand justice and equality, and let us build a Cameroon where every citizen can live with dignity and pride.
"We shall overcome, we shall overcome,
Deep in my heart, I do believe,
We shall overcome someday."
Thank you.
