Open Call: LESArtists Spring Residency 2026 | Lake Maggiore, Italy 🇮🇹

Residency: March 2026 (1 month, flexible dates)
Location: Lesa, Lake Maggiore, Piedmont

LESArtists invites applications for its month-long spring residency on the shores of Lake Maggiore. This program offers a free, immersive retreat designed to support international artists seeking inspiration, focused creation time, and a deep connection to Italy’s landscape and culture.

Residents are hosted at Lo Studio, a private 70m² apartment with a gated garden, terrace views of the lake, a fully equipped kitchen, a soaking tub, and a serene environment ideal for creative work.

What the Residency Offers:
• Free accommodation at Lo Studio
• Private workspace tailored to the artist’s medium
• Access to gardens, balconies, and lake views
• Optional local guidance and programming
• Opportunities for creative activities like hiking, foraging, sailing, and cooking classes

Who Can Apply:
Open to artists of all disciplines who produce physical work. Artists are expected to bring any specific equipment they need beyond an easel.

Artist Commitments:
• Present the work created during the residency at a local gallery show
• Donate one piece of artwork to LESArtists at the end of the residency
