Success is about finding fulfillment. There's no way you can ever be fulfilled doing the wrong thing, you may just be satisfied but not fulfilled. Therefore fulfilment involves doing the right thing at the right time and growing through it to better and superior versions of yourself.

To be fulfilled means to accomplish a worthy task. It begins therefore with finding the right thing to do and then doing it. If you live up to the expectations of your destiny on earth then you are fulfilled whether you have fame, financial returns, accolades or not. Nevertheless if you are to be in the place of influence or command strange financial fortune for the sake of the kingdom and you don't for one reason or another then you are also not fulfilled.

Live to your last chapter, die empty.

Quantum leaps are a product of accumulated efforts over time and the help of God.

Nobody just appears in the seat of destiny, they're coming from afar.

We may not see the preparatory season, but without controversy it's always there in silence.

Make the most of your waiting season for that is truly your making season.

So Jotham became mighty because he prepared his way before the Lord his God (2 Chron 27:6)

Do you know that if all the money in circulation in the world is equally distributed to everyone on the planet, it's very credible to say that by the time a year elapses, it would have returned to its present owners?

You may think 🤔 it is not possible but it's true. Those who are in possession now are those providing value that is needed and useful in the market place. The more useful and needed the more consumers are willing to pay for it. In other words they have a funnel to direct money into their pockets while a vast majority are consumers and once they receive money they begin to think of the next thing they have been planning to buy but due to financial circumstances could not afford. And so by the time a year runs out the consumers have bought and the producers have recollected the money which was taken from them.

The lesson is that one of the major keys to fight poverty is to be valuable. Contend for real value that is needed and useful within the context of a civilization and men will pay to have it.

We live in a risk averse generation with an obsession for guarantees. We want to be certain of every outcome, every step of the way before we move. I don't know if there's any human spirit that ever took on flesh that was ever privileged to have such a situation. Remember, he who waits for a fair weather to sow, might sow too late.

There are really no guarantees at times. We just engage and trust we have a backing in God.

Even adversity can be an advantage depending on how you see it.
Adversity actually introduces a man to himself when he faces it. It brings out the potentials that have been lying dormant in you. After all, it is only an adversity because you don't master it, for someone who does, it's no longer an issue of concern.

You are stronger than you think, but that can only be revealed through adversity.

Don't wish someone misfortune because of a failed relationship. People already have too many challenges to handle, just being born to an African family is a call for concern, talk less of patterns and curses and territorial limitations that people have to overcome in order to breakthrough in life.

Hello dear people

One of the fundamental laws of human relationships is honor.

Everyone loves to be honored

Nothing thrives in an environment of dishonor.
Nobody likes to be around an environment where they are disdained, disregarded, disrespected, demeaned and devalued. Even if they're your subordinates, employees or younger ones. Whenever you dishonor a person, they'll resent you.

The bible teaches to honor ALL men (1 Pet.2:17) irrespective of who they are.

If you live in a world of men then it's in your interest to learn how to live with men.

Dishonor(either to a life principle or a person) has destroyed so many human relationships and grounded so many destinies. (Ask Vashti)

In contrast, honor has qualified the unqualified and changed their lives ( ask Esther)

What then is honor in your opinion ??

You can be very competent but poor branding and positioning can make you very poor.

The key to turning your expertise into profitability doesn't just lie in your competence; it's also about effective branding and positioning.

Being highly skilled is crucial, but if you are not properly positioned where your target audience can find you, your expertise may go unnoticed, underutilized and eventually you are a skillful poor person.

Here is a Simple Framework I will suggest you practice if you feel you are skillful and struggling to cash out from your skills.

Step 1: Self-Audit
Begin by conducting a comprehensive audit of your skills, strengths, and unique selling points. Know what you bring to the table (marketplace).

Step 2: Identify Your Audience
Decide who can most benefit from your services. Knowing your audience allows you to tailor your brand messaging and positioning more effectively.

Step 3: Market Research
Study the competition and understand market needs. This will enable you to find gaps you can fill or areas where you can outperform others. This is important.

Step 4: Branding
Create a professional brand identity. Utilize a consistent color scheme, logo, and tagline across all platforms to establish brand recognition.

Step 5: Online Presence
Build or update your website (if you can afford) and social media profiles. Ensure they align with your brand and are optimized for search engines to improve visibility. Keep learning on this.

Step 6: Content Creation
Regularly produce high-quality content that resonates with your audience. Share your expertise through blogs, webinars, or social media updates to position yourself as an authority in your field. This will take time but start.

Step 7: Networking
Utilize both online and offline channels to network with industry peers and potential clients. Networking not only increases your visibility but also improves the chances of referrals. Who knows you matters. Thank you for knowing me because you are reading this (smiles)

By adopting this seven-step process, I think you can elevate your expertise from just being competent to being lucratively recognized. I have coached different professionals and they have been able to achieve this and more.

Thus, mastering the art and science of branding and positioning is not just optional; it's essential for financial success in today's competitive marketplace. You want to make money from your skills right? Do this then.
