I feel led to share this with you so we can stay informed and prayerful. There is a new outbreak of Chikungunya Virus currently spreading in China with thousands of cases already reported, and it has begun to appear in other nations.

This virus is spread by mosquitoes and causes high fever, rash, and severe joint pain that can last for months. While it is rarely fatal, the pain can be disabling. Health experts are advising extra caution, especially for those traveling to affected areas.

🔹 How to protect yourself:
– Use mosquito repellents
– Wear long clothing
– Avoid areas with standing water
– Be extra careful when traveling

More than ever, we must remember that our protection comes from God.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we lift up every person and nation affected by this outbreak. We ask for Your mercy, healing, and divine intervention. Protect our families and communities from this virus. Let this plague cease, and may peace, health, and safety be restored in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
