DECLARATION
Pour les raisons que j'ai eues à rappeler en d'autres circonstances , j'ai dû présenter ma candidature à l'élection présidentielle de 2025 sous la bannière du MANIDEM.
Cette candidature a subi la barbarie administrative et l'arbitraire juridictionnel sans précédents que l'on sait. Le mandat que le Conseil National du MRC m'avait donné lors de sa réunion du 26 octobre 2024, de choisir la modalité de présentation de ma candidature dans le cadre de cette élection présidentielle prévue le 12 octobre prochain, a expiré avec la décision honteuse du Conseil constitutionnel du 5 août 2025 et, avec lui, la raison pour laquelle j'avais démissionné de la présidence nationale du MRC.
Par parallélisme des formes, le Conseil National du MRC a constaté cette fin de ma mission lors de sa réunion du 6 septembre 2025, par une résolution dans laquelle il demande mon retour dans le parti et la reprise de mon mandat de Président National du MRC.
Afin de donner suite à cette demande, je devais démissionner d'abord du MANIDEM. C'est ce que j'ai fait ce jour, 12 septembre par une lettre de démission notifiée au MANIDEM, avec effet immédiat.
Je tiens à saluer chaleureusement, une fois de plus, le sens patriotique du Président du MANIDEM, Georges Anicet EKANE, et les bonnes dispositions des cadres et des militants du MANIDEM à mon égard.

STATEMENT
For reasons I have mentioned on other occasions, I had to stand as a candidate in the 2025 presidential election under the banner of MANIDEM.
This candidacy was subjected to unprecedented administrative barbarity and judicial arbitrariness, as we all know. The mandate given to me by the CRM National Council at its meeting on 26 October 2024 to choose the modality for presenting my candidacy in the presidential election scheduled for 12 October has expired with the shameful decision of the Constitutional Council on 5 August 2025, and with it the reason why I resigned from the national presidency of the CRM.
In a parallel of forms, the CRM National Council noted the end of my mission at its meeting on 6 September 2025, with a resolution calling for my return to the party and the resumption of my mandate as National President of the CRM.
In order to comply with this request, I first had to resign from MANIDEM. I did so today, 12 September, by sending a letter of resignation to MANIDEM, with immediate effect.
I would like to once again warmly commend the patriotic sense of MANIDEM President Georges Anicet EKANE and the goodwill shown towards me by MANIDEM executives and militants.
