RIP
Li Keqiang (1955-2023), former Premier and State Council (2013-2023) passed away. He was resting in Shanghai recently. According to Xinhua news, he died of a sudden heart attack at 0:10 a.m. on Oct. 27 (BJT) in Shanghai at the age of 68.

China's position on the Afghan issue

On March 24, 2022 Kabul time, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi held talks in Kabul with the Afghan Interim Government respectively Acting Deputy Prime Minister Baradar and Acting Foreign Minister Mottaki. Wang Yi introduced China's "three respects" and "three nevers" on the Afghanistan issue.

Wang Yi said that China and Afghanistan are friendly neighbors linked by mountains and rivers, and the two countries have a history of exchanges for thousands of years. China respects Afghanistan's independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity, respects the independent choice made by the Afghan people, and respects Afghanistan's religious beliefs and ethnic customs. We never interfere in Afghanistan's internal affairs, never seek any self-interest in Afghanistan, and never seek the so-called sphere of influence

نظر رسمي وزارت خارجه چين در مورد استراتيژي جديد ترامپ در قبال افغانستان و جنوب آسيا
استراتژی جدید ایالات متحده برای افغانستان و جنوب آسیا، نگرانی گسترده ای را به همراه داشت. دیروز، یانگ جیچی، مشاور وزیر امور خارجه، با وزیر امور خارجه تیلسون، درباره سیاست چین در افغانستان صحبت کرد.

چین به شدت متعهد به پیشرفت روند صلح و آشتی در افغانستان است. ما همیشه معتقدیم که گفتگوی سیاسی تنها راه حل مشکل افغانستان است. جامعه بین المللی باید از روند آشتی "همه مردم افغانستان تحت رهبری مردم اين كشور" حمایت کنند، همچنان از مصالحه گسترده و فراگیر سیاسی افغانستان حمایت نموده و از مردم افغانستان برای جستجوي راه پیشرفت در راستای شرایط ملی خود حمایت کنند. جامعه بين المللي بايد از حکومت افغانستان برای تقویت امنیت و مبارزه علیه مواد مخدر و مبارزه با تروريزم پشتيباني کنند. ما باید نقش مهم پاکستان در افغانستان را مورد توجه قرار دهیم و به حاکمیت و معضلات معقول امنیتی پاکستان احترام بگذاریم. چین مایل است همچنان به برقراری ارتباط و هماهنگی با ایالات متحده در مورد مسئله افغانستان ادامه دهد و برای رسیدن به صلح و ثبات در افغانستان و منطقه همکاری کند.
