Kazakhstan is back at the Southern China Book Fair for the second year running! From Aug 27–31 in Guangzhou, our pavilion is showcasing 100 books — from contemporary literature and children’s stories to cultural heritage works. Visitors can explore traditional crafts, yurt displays, clothing, and even taste Kazakh cuisine.
This year’s fair is part of APEC “China Year,” featuring a new APEC Culture Pavilion and 12 international pavilions. Over 30 countries are participating, including Thailand as Guest of Honor. With 300+ publishers, half a million books, and 437 branch venues across the region, this is the largest edition yet!
A first-ever International Copyright Conference brought together 80+ publishing houses from China and around the world to sign cross-border deals.
