It was a great honor to be invited to participate in the International Conference “Social Work in Action: Interdisciplinary and Global-Informed Strategies for Bridging and Advancing Sustainable Development in Central Asia” held in Almaty.
Thanks to PolyU for the invitation. We had in-depth conversations and interviews with scholars, practitioners and delegates from all over the world, exchanged views, discussed important issues, and witnessed this significant international event dedicated to advancing social work development, interdisciplinary cooperation and sustainable development in Central Asia.
We would like to express our gratitude to the organizers for the thoughtful arrangement, and to every guest for the sincere sharing and warm communication. We will integrate these valuable records and insights into our upcoming documentary projects, and continue to build a bridge of understanding and connection between China and Central Asia through authentic visual storytelling.
