Themes & Scope
ICRSF-2026 will explore the intersection of intelligent technologies, digital transformation, and sustainable development. We welcome submissions that address — but are not limited to — the following broad areas:
Sustainable development and environmental resilience in the age of AI and digitalization
Digital transformation and business innovation for sustainability
Responsible and inclusive use of intelligent systems in economic/social development
Policy, governance and ethical implications of technology-driven development

Get Ready, Everyone! The scholarship window is starting to crack open! 🚀

You know that feeling when you see the first notification pop up? That's happening now. Portals are waking up, one by one. It's game time.

Before the panic mode sets in, let's get our stuff sorted. Right now.

Your To-Do List, straight up:

-Stop sleeping on your docs. Your Study Plan and Research Proposal aren't just papers; they're your story. They're why you deserve this. Start polishing them NOW. Don't be that person rushing at 11:58 PM before the deadline.

-The Acceptance Letter. Look, if you manage to get one from a professor, that's absolutely fantastic! A massive win. But if your inbox is just crickets? Don't you dare get discouraged. You gotta try harder. Send a polite follow-up. Re-read your email. Make it impossible for them to ignore you.

-A little secret for my China-focused crew: Timing is everything. Send your emails to land in their inbox early in the morning, China Time. Like, 8-9 AM their time. Be the first thing they see with their coffee. Trust me on this.

It's a marathon, not a sprint. There will be good days and frustrating ones. But your hard work WILL pay off.
