Wingfoil enthusiasts glide on the Ganjiang River, savoring its clear waters and the stunning urban views. The river flows through Nanchang, offering breathtaking scenery on both banks: one side features the majestic Tengwang Pavilion, crown of Jiangnan's three famous towers, while the other boasts rows of modern skyscrapers. This seamless blend of ancient charm and contemporary flair truly embodies a "dynamic metropolis."

This is the White-robed Guanyin at Tsz Shan Monastery in Hong Kong—graceful, serene, and holding a pure water vase, as if gazing compassionately upon all beings. Behind Guanyin stands Pat Sin Leng, and just beyond the mountain lies Shenzhen. Visiting the monastery requires booking well in advance, and reservations are hard to get. Despite my sincere devotion, I’ve never managed to secure one.

This plant is called "scouring rush" (木贼) — a rather hostile name in Chinese. Yet its appearance is uniquely elegant: bare straight stems without leaves, often cultivated in courtyards for ornamental value. The segmented stems allow you to pull sections apart and reassemble them like puzzle pieces (though detached segments won’t survive). Beyond its playful structure, Mùzéi is deeply practical. It’s used in traditional Chinese medicine and by carpenters as natural sandpaper to polish high-end furniture.

The early bird gets the worm, and the early paddleboarder gets the fish! This morning, while paddleboarding on the Ganjiang River, I caught a fish barehanded—it seemed injured. I love fish the most, so tonight’s dinner will be a delicious treat!

In the Jiuling Mountains of Wuning, Jiangxi, lies Sun Pool, a deep, circular pool beneath a stunning waterfall. Diving and playing in its cool waters during the scorching summer is pure bliss, making you never want to leave. The path to get there is winding and challenging, but beautiful things are always worth the effort.

Longhu Mountain in Yingtan is a cradle of Daoism—its peaks are gentle yet legendary, and the shallow Lúxi River carries an almost mystical flow. Once a year, paddlers gather for the dream race: gliding downstream between soaring cliffs, every stroke framed by scenery that leaves spectators speechless.

Another weekday, another wave of longing for the weekend—those distant horizons, open fields, sunsets dripping gold, and flavors that still linger on my tongue. Joy always feels too brief. No wonder Schopenhauer sighed: pleasure is fleeting, pain is real.

While morning jogging by Nanchang’s Qingshan Lake, I ran into a photographer friend who captured this slow-motion video of me running. My face was full of smiles, each step brimming with joy. Truly, a healthy body and a happy heart make for a beautiful life. Wishing you and your family health and happiness!

This is Bilongtan (Green Dragon Pool) on Jiangxi’s Mount Lushan, with its deep, emerald waters that seem to hide a mythical dragon at the bottom! In such a mystical place, how could I resist connecting with its spirit? I dove in, embracing the refreshing chill of summer. Life is meant to be lived joyfully, always!

They say whoever witnesses the “golden mountain at sunrise” is blessed with unstoppable luck—so here’s wishing that fortune never leaves your side! Look closely at the very start of the clip: did we just catch a fleeting avalanche? Moments like this are once-in-a-lifetime magic.

At sunset, standing atop Jiangxi’s Mount Lushan, gazing down at the Yangtze River and Poyang Lake, I truly feel the poetic beauty of “half the river emerald, half the river red.” (半江瑟瑟半江红)Witnessing such a breathtaking view, I can’t help but think: life is worth living.

“Sun-Drying Autumn” is a traditional custom in Wuyuan, Jiangxi, on the day of Liqiu. Harvested melons, fruits, beans, and vegetables, bursting with colors like nature’s palette, are arranged by farmers into vibrant patterns. Blending with the pastoral scenery, they create a dazzling tapestry of abundance.
