Brotech implement its first online installation for one Germany client, because of COVID-19.
This SDF 330 finishing machine was delivered by China Railway Express directly from Xi'an to Germany. The client installs the equipment according to installation drawing with remote communication with Brotech engineers.
The original intention of remote installation is to take into account of the safety of engineers during the delivery under the epidemic. Through online way, Brotech engineers could guide remote installation, commissioning, and explain maters needing attention, without on site, which online services smoothly and effectively.
Online installation is only one part of Brotech’s online service. They also supply online file uploading, comment submission, remote training, etc.
Relaying on excellent product quality, Brotech continues the research and development of its core technologies, which makes a full leap from "Made in China" to "Created in China". So far, Brotech has sold its products not only in domestic, but also exported to more than 50 countries and regions. Following the market trend, Brotech cooperates with HC to complete the connection system, using hot laminating and cold embossing processes. The laminating process can be divided into two kinds of mate film and gloss film. The laminating film can enhance the moisture resistance, sun protection, wear resistance, anti fouling, water resistance and heat resistance of the Photo book. The embossing process is a concave and convex mold. The use of certain pressure to produce plastic deformation of the printed matter, coupled with the natural texture produced by the cooling of the hot film, thereby artistically processing the surface of the printed matter. The embossed surface of the Photo book exhibits different patterns and textures of different shades, and has a three-dimensional relief relief, which enhances the artistic appeal of the Photo book . Brotech (DF800) connects HP (HP20000) to make a milestone contribution to the imaging industry .

Nowadays, connected digital post-press technology is regarded as the best choice to fully utilize the efficiency advantages of these digital printing equipment. Brotech uses connected technology and equipment to process products, which changes the status of manual processing or stand-alone production, greatly improves the efficiency of product processing, and maximizes the concept of digital printing customization and diversification. Generally, photo paper is expensive, and the technology of using the technology of Brotech Wired HP to produce low-cost coated paper can achieve the same effect as photo paper. And, the speed is fast, forming at one time.

Brotech and Hewlett-Packard once again cooperated with the DL and HP6900 connection system to launch a customized personalized book cover processing solution for Hucai Graphic Arts. Brotech applies its authentic innovations and through the process of connection-embossing-slitting-die-cutting-collection process, it provides new ideas in book cover processing industry.

The folding process has been newly added to the DL and HP6900 continuous system. Folding is a critical step in post-press binding. It folds large-format printed sheets into prescribed format folds according to requirements. It is mainly used for folding of book content, advertising and promotional materials. The form of folding has broken through the limitation of simple signatures, and has realized the combination of folding and other post-press processing, such as manuals, brochures, catalogs, maps, direct mail envelopes, brochures, etc., often including folding Pages, glue binding, saddle stitching, cutting, die-cutting, etc.; Brotech constantly develops and constantly improves and perfects the function of the folding system, combining the folding process with other post-press processing technologies, shortening the production process, Greatly improve production efficiency. Another highlight is the DL die-cutting system, which directly drives the die-cutting unit. It is flexible and can be upgraded according to customer needs. The operation is simple and convenient. The DL and HP6900 continuous system is suitable for a small amount of publishing and customized book cover processing.

At present, as the official global partner of HP Indigo, Brotech has successfully installed more than ten DL and HP6900 continuous systems to provide to Hucai Graphic Arts (such as Beijing, Shaoxing, Shandong, etc.), which has been recognized and praised by the chairman of Hucai. .
