Mi Sedaap Roasted Chicken with Lemon Herb Butter 🍗🍋✨

I got the inspiration from a recipe on the Mi Sedaap website, then asked AI to give it a little twist. AI suggested adding a lemon sauce, and I loved how the buttery, herby flavour came together with a fresh citrusy kick! 😍

Chinese Tomato Egg 🍅🍳

Soft, fluffy eggs with juicy tomatoes in a savoury, slightly sweet sauce. Simple, comforting and so good with a bowl of hot rice 🤤

Ingredients:
-2 tomatoes
-4 eggs
-1 tbsp garlic
-0.5 tsp salt
-0.5 bowl water
-4 tbsp tomato ketchup
-0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
-1 tsp sugar
-6 tbsp cornstarch slurry
-Spring onion (optional)

They sent me a mystery ingredient… so I turned it into crispy sushi cups 🍣✨

Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, with every bite giving that perfect contrast of texture 😘 Simple idea, but the result turned out so satisfying and addictive.

Ingredients:
-1 bowl of ecoBrown’s Sella Cream Basmathi
-1 pcs avocado
-1 pcs salmon/trout
-2 pcs rice paper
-2 pcs seaweed
-1 tsp sesame seeds
-2 tbsp mayonnaise
-0.5 tsp salt

She challenged me to make a fancy Western dinner with just RM20. Challenge accepted. 💕

So I made a full plate of roasted chicken with homemade black pepper sauce, paired with creamy mashed potatoes and veggies 😋 It looks and tastes like a proper Western restaurant meal, but everything was done at home using simple ingredients and a modest budget.

The Thermomix TM7 made the whole cooking process smooth, fast and enjoyable from start to finish. It handled all the time-consuming prep and cooking with ease, so I could focus on creating a restaurant-worthy meal effortlessly ✨

Black Pepper Sauce:
-1 tbsp black pepper
-1 tbsp black pepper sauce
-1 onion
-3 garlic cloves
-2 tbsp butter
-1 glass water
-0.5 tsp salt
-0.5 tbsp chicken powder
-1 tbsp dark soy sauce
-0.5 bowl cooking cream (optional)
-0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
