The first wave of the golf etiquette promotion hosted by Golf People Magazine has already lasted for two weeks since its start day April 20th. Given its strong impact, more than 10 golf courses added and made the number up to 126 golf courses all over China. We received great appraises from influential golf people in China and bear great expectation to make this action meaningful.
There were 42 golf courses together taking part in this first wave action.
According to the geographical position, these golf courses were divided into 8 parts. 8 etiquette ambassador were designated by Golf People Magazine to help arrange the activities and solve problems during the event. These golf courses used the same advertising display board and the same etiquette pocket book provided by Golf People Magazine. Golf players came to have their signatures on the board and listen to the etiquette courses, making a promise to be well-behaved when enjoying this sport for gentlemen. Given the preparation work, the second wave of this action will start in at least one week. We will support and help golf courses to arrange everything as the same we did. Looking forward to more interesting stories in the second wave.

Confucious said: gentlemen try to learn something about everything, and they restraint themselves with etiquette. In golf courses, golfers should know the golf etiquette well before they exercise their skills to excellent. On March 26th, Sichuan (a province in China) Golf Clubs Alliance including 7 golf clubs took the lead in doing the promotion of golf etiquette and produced a good effect. Golf People Magazine then took up the mission and tried to advocate all the golf clubs in China to take part in this action. During one week’s promotion period, 116 golf clubs all over China respond to the call. The first wave of the action starts from today (20th, April) and will last for two weeks. Golf People Magazine will pay constant attention to any latest developments.

This year’s first competition of 2016－BUICK CHINA GOLF CLUB LEAGUE is going on in Guangzhou Dragon Lake Golf Club. This is the most influential national amateurish league in China now. Dragon Lake Golf Club is managed by IMG and is the competition course of 2010 Asian Games. The combination of the mountain course and the lake course makes it on the “Must-play” list in Guangzhou.
