Find a city that supports both of your water needs.

Here in Munich, right outside a public bathroom, there is a free water refill station. Water out on one side, water in on the other. I have never felt more understood by a city in my life.

Free water, zero waste, maximum efficiency. Munich really said we got you. 😂
