Im here in the streets of San Andrés ilsa trying out the street food. We get, Panela, Chicken empanadas,Shrimp empanada and then she wouldn't let me go without trying the traditional Avena — nutmeg, vanilla, mint.
They eat like kings out here
San Andrés keeps finding ways to humble me. 🇨🇴

POV: You Go Straight to the Fisherman's House for Fresh Fish in San Andrés 🎣🇨🇴
michael persuaded me to get fresh fish from the local fisherman's. We Went straight to the captain's houses. Unfortunately this captain didn't have any large red snapper.
Maicol explained his whole cooking philosophy and why hes rhe master of the red snapper. Stay tuned cause we get MASSIVE RED SNAPPERS.

Paradise isn't always what it seems. This spot in San Andrés has a chilling backstory that most tourists never hear.
He was getting scammed at his own bar and Refused to pay. They killed him over gambling debt. The bar never moved. It just floats there. Ok but would you re-openthis bar?

This is a free Island, there are Sharks though 🦈
El Aquario is a sandbar just off San Andrés mainland. It has some tiki bars and restaurants. I would reccomend you bring your own food and drinks. The entry is free and the vibe is unmatched. You can snorkel the reef, Hang with locals, fish... but whats more dangerous?

This catamaran became shipwrecked after the boat hit a reef shortly after the storm broke the mast off. The island doesnt have the money or ability to remove the boat so it belongs to the coral now. The owner abandoned it after he felt it was cheaper to buy a new one. Nobody had moved it. Just vibes. 😭

San Andrés Has an Underground Fighting Scene Nobody Talks About 👀
I was just exploring San Andrés when we were invited to this event. I didn't know what I was walking into until I saw the cages. I
The preparation alone was a whole education — weight matching, aggression testing, height measuring, taping the spurs. Turns out the claws are the whole game. I do not condone this. It is for awareness only. This is tradition tied to 100's of years of culture.
