Hello EU Citizens!
EU Citizens are petitioning online to ban the Shark Fin Trade in Europe. And do you know the good part?

The Petition to ban the Shark Fin Trade in Europe has 1 Million Signatures!

Hydrozoanthus antumbrosus. What a weird name. But I was able to find it thanks to a community of marine biologists on FB.

This is a living animal and each polyp you see in the first photo is an individual with many tentacles to catch its food.

The second photo is the whole colony and it seems like a plant with many branches. That's why it is better to have a close-up on everything you see underwater.

What do they have in common?

Both are sea cucumbers!

In some areas people eat them raw or cooked. No idea what it tastes like but for their appearance they do not like edible for me.
