The powerful earth lunation of today’s new moon in Ta**us invites us to step into our dreams by setting very deliberate intentions of that which we are ready to manifest into our reality. If you don’t believe in manifestation or the true power of your thoughts becoming your reality…this divine masculine being is the living proof of one of my greatest manifestations.
I asked for a fierce protector, a divine love, a best friend, a dream weaver, an adventurer…and what I found in him was so much more. He’s the captain of our ship, he sings the song that’s in our hearts when we sometimes forget it, his ideas are absolutely limitless, he lifts us up in our darkest times, and he finds the light when we are lost in the darkness.
Happy Birthday to my King, my love, my soulmate…I am forever grateful for YOU, the greatest manifestation of my life 🤍🤍🤍✨✨✨.

Sunset drum circles here on Playa Guiones…it’s not just a gathering…it’s a reclamation. A space to dance, play, ground, sing, drum, stomp, feel, breathe…BE. It feels like a kind of…reset. It helps you realize you are but a tiny spec of light in this wondrous universe, and at the same time, makes you feel like whatever you are called to create + offer here in this vibration, on this beautiful planet…is part of a divine masterpiece 🤍✨🌿.

A beautiful afternoon of learning, growing + giving life back to the magical Pacific Coast of Costa Rica🤍✨🌱.

What an honour to be a part of this seed adventure led by (executive director of ) together we picked around 15 pounds of various species of seeds, which will be used to grow trees in their greenhouses, which will be planted along 24 beaches along this glorious coast. This reforestation project by that began in 2011 is a result of many hearts and hands coming together to help restore the forests here, and as of this past July, over 100,000 trees have been planted!!!🙌🏽 🌴 ☀️

One of the species of seeds we picked for this reforestation is the Madero negro, known as “mother of cacao” (madre de cacao) primarily because it has been historically and traditionally planted to provide shade and protection for cacao trees🥹✨🤍.

It feels so nice to give back to Pachammama. If you’d like to learn more about this magical work of bringing the forests back to the beach here in Costa Rica, please give some love…Mother Earth will thank you ✨🌱🤍.

THE WORLD NEEDS L🤍VE…I finished the most beautiful yoga practise on this luscious land, and suddenly my neighbour begins a life giving DJ set just as I’m about to begin a meditation…I realized instantly that on this Wednesday morning, we were gifted with our own private ecstatic dance session, a moving meditation that left our hearts bursting with joy and our souls emanating the most beautiful white light 🤍✨.

This is a good reminder, if you’re ever feeling stuck, if you ever feel darkness or sadness creeping in, you can move out some of the stuck energy. Ecstatic dance, moving your body freely with no inhibitions, is such a liberating act of love to yourself! ✨✨✨🤍
