client Jurij Drevenšek takes the lead in the powerful new medium lenght film 'Skin on skin', directed by Simon Schneckenburger. The world premiere happens today at the Filmfestival Max Ophüls Preis, where it is part of the competition programme.

'Skin on Skin' tells the story of two men displaced in the hell of the German meat industry. Something lies between them. Something makes them dream again.

Max Ophüls Preis film festival is considered the most important newcomer film festival in the German-speaking world. The festival traditionally feels obliged not only to tie in with domestic film history, but especially to deal with politically and socially relevant topics.

On Monday in collaboration with hosted a panel discussion on the casting process. This event marked the FIRST-ever gathering of local casting directors in one place, making it a valuable step for the domestic industry. 🎬

We extend our gratitude to our panelists: Timka Grin, Predrag Madžarević, Nenad Pavlović, Isidora Veselinović and Katarina Mutić for sharing their insights and expertise. And a big thanks to our audience who, with their energy and engagement, made this discussion truly impactful.

u saradnji sa organizuje prvu u nizu panel diskusiju pod nazivom „Proces kastinga za domaće i strane projekte“ 🎬

Moderatorka:
• Timka Grin - kasting direktorka sa iskustvom rada na više od 50 lokalnih i internacionalnih projekata, od kojih su mnogi nagrađivani, predsednica je Međunarodnog udruženja kasting direktora (ICDA). Neki od istaknutijih reditelja sa kojima je radila su: braća Dardenne, Jean-Luc Godard, Aida Begić, Danis Tanović, Jasmila Žbanić, Ursula Meier, Marion Hänsel, Marco Bellocchio, Teona Mitevska, Andrea Staka i mnogi drugi.

Učesnici:
• Predrag Madžarević – sa velikim iskustvom u produkciji domaćih projekata, Peđa je kao kasting direktor radio na projektima “Andrija i Andjelka”, “Mamini sinovi”, “Ovuda će proći put”, ali i na projektu “Ožiljak” – seriji koja je rađena u koprodukciji Španije i Srbije, a iza koje stoje autori čuvenog “La casa de papel” serijala.
• (Katarina Mutić i Isidora Veselinović) – neki od projekata koje potpisuju Katarina i/ili Isidora su “Sablja”, “Živ čovek”, “Pad”, “Močvara”, “The Saints” (Martin Scorsese`s production), “Apsolutnih sto”, “Yugo Florida” i mnogi drugi.
• Nenad Pavlović - reditelj i kasting direktor. Kao kasting direktor radio je kako na internacionalnim projektima tako i ostvarenjima domaće kinematografije poput filmova „Ničije dete“, „Toma“ i „Južni vetar 2 – Ubrzanje“, te serijama „Senke nad Balkanom“, „Južni vetar“ ali i mnogim drugim projektima.

Uvažavajući tradiciju i duboki trag koji je Dvorana Kulturnog centra u Beogradu ostavila na sve ljubitelje i stvaraoce sedme umetnosti, agencija Slavic u saradnji sa DKC-om nastoji da očuva autentičnost filmske umetnosti i međusobno poveže filmske autore kroz edukativni program.
