Dark comedy series FRUST is now available on Voyo streaming platforms in Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina 🎬

Featuring clients Andjela Jovanović, Dunja Stojanović, Milena Radulović, Kerim Čutuna and Senad Alihodžić, the series brings together crime, satire and black comedy in a story about chaos, morality and modern society.

While a murder sets the story in motion, FRUST ultimately examines the role of the media, public perception and a society capable of creating heroes overnight.

The highly anticipated dark comedy series FRUST is now available on Voyo streaming platforms throughout the region 🔥

The series explores how ordinary people react when suddenly thrown into complete chaos. Through discomfort, misunderstandings and wildly inappropriate reactions at the worst possible moments, FRUST creates a unique form of dark humor rooted in human weakness and moral ambiguity. Every character carries flaws, moral grey zones and a tendency to make bad decisions.

Created by and Gabor Krigler, and directed by Danis Tanovic, the series features clients Dunja Stojanovic, Andjela Jovanovic, Milena Radulovic, Kerim Cutuna and Senad Alihodzic.

As the first talent agency in Serbia, Slavic Artists Management continues its strategic mission of connecting the local market with the international film industry. The workshop is designed to introduce actors from the region to international casting practices and provide them with direct access to leading European industry professionals.

Selected personally by the casting director, 16 actors will participate in an intensive four-day program, taking place from April 26 to 29, with six hours of work per day. The workshop focuses on understanding the international casting process, as well as improving audition techniques and performance approaches. Through hands-on, on-camera work, including both individual exercises and partner-based scene, participants will develop skills aligned with global industry standards. The program will conclude with individual evaluations and professional guidance for each participant.

Djamila Hansen has an extensive portfolio of notable projects, including the films "The Last Viking", "Queen of Hearts", and "A Copenhagen Love Story", as well as the series "Other People’s Money". Throughout her career, she has collaborated with prominent actors such as Lars Ranthe, Danica Ćurčić, Trine Dyrholm, Gustav Lindh and many others. Among her notable work is also the Danish film "Home", directed by Marijana Janković, featuring local actors Dubravka Drakić, Nikola Kojo, Petar Ćirica, Branislav Trifunović and many more.

This workshop marks another important step toward opening the local acting scene to the European and global markets, while strengthening the international presence of regional talent.

PREKO PRAGA (Over the Threshold), directed by Tara Gajović and produced by the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, Serbia, has been selected for the official competition of La Cinef program at the 79th Cannes Film Festival.

For its 29th edition, La Cinef selected 19 films from a total of 2,750 submissions by film schools worldwide, making this achievement particularly significant.

“Over the Threshold” tells an intimate story of two teenagers who, after just three months of dating, discover they are expecting a child. Guided by love, they decide to keep the baby. However, on their wedding day, they find themselves overwhelmed by traditions and social expectations that begin to suffocate them.

We proudly congratulate our clients Milica Janevski, Dobrila Ćirković and Bojan Dimitrijević.

With this selection, Serbia returns to La Cinef after more than a decade, the last time being in 2014.
