Make 3 DELICIOUS Cookies from JUST ONE Dough! 😄

This video shows you how to make three types of American cookies from one dough: Chocolate Cookies with white and milk chocolate, Red Velvet Cookies with cranberries and white chocolate, and Cashew Cookies with dark chocolate.

You'll bake 1.5 kg of cookies all at once, without any hassle. Follow these step-by-step instructions to achieve the perfect American Cookies.

American Cookies Recipe 🍪

Ingredients for Base

Softened Butter 200 g
Brown sugar 200 g
White sugar 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Flour 300 g
Corn starch 20 g
Baking powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp

Additional Ingredients for Red Velvet Cookies

Flour 40 g
Cocoa powder 10 g
Dry cranberries 70 g
White chocolate 70 g
Red food coloring ½ tsp

Additional Ingredients for Chocolate Cookies

Flour 10 g
Cocoa powder 30 g
White chocolate 70 g
Milk chocolate 70 g

Additional Ingredients for Cashew Cookies

Flour 50 g
Cashew 70 g
Dark chocolate 70 g

Ingredients for Decoration

White chocolate 15 g
Milk chocolate 15 g
Dark chocolate 15 g

🔷 Step 1.

First, prepare the base for all the cookies. Beat 200 g softened butter with 200 g brown sugar and 100 g white sugar for 3-5 minutes until completely combined. Add 2 eggs and beat the mixture until it thickens. Sift together 300 g flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 20 g cornstarch, and 1/2 tsp salt, then mix thoroughly.

🔷 Step 2.

Divide the dough into three equal parts, each of which will be approximately 310 g. Next, add the following ingredients into each part:

🔸 for Red Velvet Cookies - add half a teaspoon of red food coloring, mix thoroughly; then sift 40 g of flour and 10 g of cocoa powder, mix until completely combined;

🔸 for Chocolate Cookies - sift 10 g of flour and 30 g of cocoa powder, mix until completely combined;

🔸 for Cashew Cookies - sift 50 g of flour and mix until completely combined.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap while you prepare the fillings.

🔷 Step 3.

Prepare the fillings. Cut the chocolate into pieces and chop the cashews. Then add the following ingredients into each part:

🔸 for Red Velvet Cookies - 70 g of dry cranberries and 70 g of white chocolate, mix;

🔸 for Chocolate Cookies - 70 g of white chocolate and 70 g of milk chocolate, mix;

🔸 for Cashew Cookies - 70 g of cashews and 70 g of dark chocolate, mix.

🔷 Step 4.

Form five balls from each of the three types of dough (for a total of 15 balls, each approximately 95-100 g). Try to keep the chocolate inside the cookies and not sticking out on the outside, so that it doesn't spread onto the hot baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 12-13 minutes.

🔷 Step 5.

Cool the cookies completely. For decoration, use 15 g each of milk, white, and dark chocolate in pastry bags. Place the bags in a glass of hot water; the chocolate will melt quickly. Cut off a small tip from each pastry bag and pour the melted chocolate over the cookies. Let the chocolate harden.

The Most Delicious Lemon Cake In 7 Easy Steps 🍋

Ingredients:

Egg yolks 2 pcs
Egg whites 2 pcs
Sugar 100 g
Milk 70 g
Butter 40 g
Oil (grape seed oil or refined sunflower oil) 40 g
Flour 130 g
Corn starch 35 g
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 40 g
Zest of 2 lemons
A pinch of salt

Powdered sugar 120 g
Lemon juice 20 g

❗️ Use Room Temperature Ingredients.

🔹 Turn oven on at 360°F (180°C) before cooking.

Step 1.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, put the whites aside for now, and rub the yolks with sugar until a homogeneous light mixture.

Step 2.

Add milk, butter and oil to the mixture, you can use grape seed oil or refined sunflower oil. Mix up.

Step 3.

Sift flour, cornstarch, baking powder and baking soda into the mixture, mix until smooth.

Step 4.

Grate the zest of two lemons on a fine grater and add to the batter with lemon juice, stir.

Step 5.

Beat two egg whites with a pinch of salt into a white, stable fluffy mass. Add them to the batter and mix gently while maintaining airiness.

Step 6.

Grease a baking dish and line it with parchment paper, pour the batter into the baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 40-45 minutes. Remove from the oven when done and let cool completely.

❗️ Check for doneness using a wooden skewer or toothpick.

Step 7.

Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and immediately apply to the cooled cake, sprinkle lemon zest on top.

❗️ Act quickly before the sugar glaze sets.

🔹 You can also use nuts or any other decoration you like.

Now your delicious moist Lemon Cake is ready.
