Before we hit pause on 2025, it’s time to look back at everything the year brought us!

Once again, we hosted our Year in Review panel, where Nordeans from across the company took the stage to share how their teams lived our values throughout the year.

Here are just some of the ✨ highlights:
👉 Soft Launch across 15 countries worldwide
👉 A big year for , with a new FTUE, Top Eleven - Be a Football Manager2026, and the Bundesliga Gallery
👉 A brand-new office space across the street, now home to the team, and the incredible energy and growth they brought with them
👉 Our giving back efforts, through the Nordeus Fondacija and initiatives led by Nordeans
👉 An L&D program for 40+ managers so far, more to come!
👉 Nordeus Alumni gatherings reconnecting more than 100 former Nordeans
👉 Sports Day & the Nord Fest: full of competition, laughs, and great vibes
👉 Plenty of legendary troll moments (a reminder to never leave your computer unlocked 👀)
👉 And last but not least, Brodie, who appeared out of nowhere to hijack the panel 😂

🎄 Holidays at the Nordeus HQ

We wrapped up the year by exchanging 🎅 gifts, hosting our panel, and then heading over to the Nordeus New Year’s ! ✨🍪

Staying true to our conquer together value, Nordeans once again showcased and sold their handmade goods, artwork, and skills, all for a good cause. Along with employee donations, all proceeds from the Bazaar are being donated to a charity we deeply care about.

We want to encourage every young talent to get the chance to become a champion, no matter where they start from. That’s why our charity focus this year supports the 🎒Secondary Vocational School (Serbian: Srednja zanatska škola). The funds will be used to purchase the essential equipment that this school needs to create better learning conditions, giving these young people a real craft and a diploma. 👏

To make the end of the year even more festive 💫 , a few days later, the office was filled with a special kind of holiday magic. Our youngest guests joined us for a kids’ holiday event packed with gingerbread decorating (and tasting), hands-on science experiments, creative workshops, baby concerts, and the traditional family portraits!

From giving back to celebrating together, December at Nordeus truly had something for everyone. 🎄 🎄 🎄

Managing High-Performing Teams: Balancing Career Growth with Business Results?

That’s the question we brought to Heapcon 2025. While the conference is known for sharing tech expertise, we focused on the people behind the tech on the Nordeus powered panel discussion!

Our very own, Marko Dinic, Senior Manager of Analytics took the stage as the moderator and was joined by Milos Milosevic, Director of Engineering at Nordeus, and Nemanja Tiosavljevic, Senior Engineering Manager at Rivian Volkswagen, and Uros Vasiljevic, Senior Engineering Manager at Microsoft

Together, they explored key topics including:

It was an evening to reconnect, share memories, and hear what’s new at Nordeus:
