🎬 Crater Studio Teams Up with Kapow! VFX, Budapest on Paul Greengrass’s The Uprising
The official trailer for The Uprising has officially arrived!
Directed by Paul Greengrass and starring Andrew Garfield, this epic historical drama brings the fierce rebellion against King Richard II to the big screen, capturing one of England’s most defining historical events.
At Crater Studio, we are proud to have contributed to the film’s visual scale, delivering compositing and matte painting work for the sweeping city extensions and detailed castle interiors.
A Collaborative Effort
A massive thank you to the incredible team at Kapow! VFX, Budapest for bringing us on board and placing their trust in us for this project. We truly value the seamless collaboration, support, and creative synergy we shared throughout the production.
One of the most gratifying moments of the project came after the final VFX review, when Production VFX Supervisor Murray Barber shared these inspiring words with the team:
