Here is to show you how being more strong than flexible is not the pure goal. If you are strong enough you can easily balance in this pose. Your legs can hold your weight and stand firmly down.
But without front body flexibility in this pose you are not going to get a lot of that beautiful bend here, just like I am not getting it.
The key in all poses is balance so try to balance it all out.
