- MBO+/Bachelor working and thinking level.

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience

- Excellent writing skills, able to translate ideas into strong communication, marketing content, press materials, and professional correspondence
- Fluency in Dutch, English, and Papiamentu (Spanish is considered a plus)
