Dear Team,
As I am preparing to step into retirement, I want to take a moment to speak from the heart and express my deepest appreciation to each one of you.

It has been the greatest honor of my professional life to serve as your CEO. Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of working alongside some of the most dedicated, compassionate, and resilient individuals I've ever known. Together, we have weathered many challenges and through it all, you never wavered in your commitment to serve each patient with love, compassion, and dignity.

I have seen you go above and beyond for your patients and for one another, many times under circumstances that demanded more than seemed fair or possible. Yet, you rose to every occasion with grace and strength. Your unwavering dedication, your integrity, and your humanity have been the soul of this institution.

I am immensely proud of the care we have delivered, the lives we have touched, and the culture of service we have built together. You are the heartbeat of this hospital, and I leave knowing it is in the hands of people who care deeply- not only about medicine, but about people.

As part of the transition process, the Supervisory Board has appointed an interim CEO to assume leadership. A formal announcement with more details will follow soon.
Thank you for walking this journey with me. Thank you for your trust, your loyalty, your hard work, and your heart. Though I will be stepping away from my role as per December 31, 2025, I will always carry you with me in memory, in gratitude and in pride.
