Sometimes a boss will speak from their own pain, ego, or brokenness and try to place that weight on you. Do not accept it. Their words are not your identity. They are not God, they did not create you, and they do not have the authority to define who you are.
You are more than a moment, more than a mistake, and more than someone else’s anger. Keep your integrity, keep your heart, and keep moving forward. What was spoken over you does not cancel what God has spoken about you.
