As many of you have already seen in the media, we won the CYDIA Award 2026 in Finance and Commerce 🏆🇨🇾
Being honored by the Cyprus Diaspora Forum as the Finance and Commerce Person of the Year 2026 is something I could have only dreamed of a few years ago. It is both surreal and deeply humbling.
But today is not about the title or the award itself. It is about gratitude.
Thank you to every single person who took the time to vote, share, support, message, and stand behind me throughout this journey. Without you, this would simply not have been possible.
To everyone who believed in me over the years, encouraged me during difficult moments, talked to me, shared advice, or simply sent a kind and motivational message when it was needed most, thank you. Moments like this remind me that no achievement is ever reached alone.
A special thank you goes to my mother, who supported me through every stage of my life, believed in me long before anyone else did, and taught me the value of resilience, humility, hard work, and above all, the importance of being human. I would not be where I am today without her love, guidance, and sacrifices.
This recognition is a reminder that anything is possible.
Preparation, consistency, and ex*****on always matter. No matter where you start from, if you stay focused, stay humble, and keep moving forward, great things can happen when you are willing to put in the time, effort, and sacrifice. I am deeply grateful for all the support, trust, and encouragement.
