We provide professional studio facilities for recording, rehearsal and lessons.
The story began in 2013, when Alex met Mark in Paphos and soon became good friends, sharing a love of music in general and guitar music in particular. Alex, the lead singer and lead guitarist in successful local band Black Cabb, was also highly regarded for his guitar lessons, and Mark later became an avid pupil.
It was during one of these lessons that Alex confided his lifelong ambition to launch a recording studio, and from this Mark and Alex devised their plan to launch the premier music recording studio in Paphos.
In 2017, having decided to create the recording studio, Mark and Alex needed technical expertise to help set up and fine tune the recording room, vocal room, control room and equipment, so they asked Nigel, a friend of Mark and an experienced IT technician and music enthusiast, to join Underground Sound Cyprus. The team was now complete: Alex – Studio Director, Mark – Marketing Director and Nigel – Technical Director.
