💰 Acquisition Announcement 💰 Czech Hedepy, co-founded by Lukas Krcil, Martin Zdražil, and Roman Zamecnik, acquires Polish HearMe from co-founders Adam Radzki and Kasia Gryzlo, becoming the largest online psychotherapy platform in Central and Eastern Europe with operations in nine markets.

The platform currently works with around 1,000 therapists, who conduct hundreds of thousands of online sessions annually.

Tallinn-based Siena Secondary Fund II, a VC direct secondaries vehicle focused on Central and Eastern Europe and the Nordics, has announced a major closing, with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Isomer Capital and Estonia’s state-owned SmartCap stepping in as lead investors, each committing €10 million. These are joined by over 100 private investors, including founders, early backers, and key employees of some of the region’s most successful tech companies, like Bolt, Vinted, Pipedrive, Twilio, Wise, etc.
