Better to make pains suisses at home… at least you can add as much chocolate and cream as you want 🤤

Fluffy brioche, creamy vanilla custard and melted chocolate chips…
Save this recipe for later it is so easy to make
Ingredients for 6 pains suisses
Brioche dough
250 g flour
6 g dry yeast
35 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 g salt
2 eggs
50 ml milk
120 g butter
Vanilla pastry cream
250 g milk
60 g sugar
1 vanilla bean
25 g cornstarch
3 egg yolks
30 g butter
Chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Brioche dough
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl except the butter.
Knead for about 5 minutes.
Add the butter in small pieces and knead again until the dough becomes smooth and pulls away from the sides.
Cover and let rise for 2 hours at room temperature.
Degas the dough and shape it into a ball.
2. Vanilla pastry cream
Heat the milk with the vanilla until it starts to boil.
Meanwhile whisk egg yolks with sugar, then add the cornstarch.
Slowly pour the hot milk over the mixture while whisking.
Return everything to the saucepan and cook until thick.
Remove from heat, add the butter and mix.
Cover with plastic wrap touching the cream and chill.
3. Assembly
Roll the dough into a large rectangle.
Spread a generous layer of pastry cream.
Add chocolate chips (a lot of chocolate chips 😉)
Fold the dough in half and cut into 6 rectangles.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Let rise for 1 hour.
Brush with beaten egg and bake 15 minutes at 175°C.
And voila ! Better than in your bakery 😎

The softest Bounty cake ever 🥥
If you like Bounty you have to save and try this !
Prep time: 10 minutes
Bake time: 40 minutes
Moist, fluffy and full of coconut flavor… A giant Bounty 🤤
Ingredients:
2 eggs
160g sugar
130g Greek yogurt
180g coconut milk
115g flour
30g cornstarch
120g shredded coconut
1 pack baking powder
50g sunflower oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until smooth.
Add the Greek yogurt, coconut milk, oil and vanilla. Mix well.
Add the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Stir until combined.
Fold in the shredded coconut.
Pour the batter into a buttered cake pan.
Bake for 40 minutes until golden and set.
Let cool completely then add melted chocolate (60g dark chocolate + 60g milk chocolate + 2 tsp of sunflower oil) on top and all around the cake
Decorate with shredded coconut
And voila… simply delicious

Banana Bread Cookies
Gluten free and no refined sugar
Ingredients
115 g butter
80 g maple syrup
1 ripe banana (about 110–120 g mashed)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
190 g almond flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
120 g chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, add soft butter, maple syrup and the banana. Mix until smooth.
Whisk in the egg and vanilla
Stir in almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
Mix until fully combined. The dough should be thick and slightly sticky similar to banana bread batter.
Add the chocolate chips and hazelnuts
Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes
Bake for 9-10 minutes at 190°C
Let cool and enjoy !

Ultra Moist Lemon Olive Oil Cake
with Cream Cheese Frosting & Blueberry Jam 🫐

Ingredients
Lemon Olive Oil Cake
3 large eggs
150 g brown sugar
200 g full-fat Greek yogurt
120 ml good quality olive oil
Zest of 2 lemons
70 ml fresh lemon juice
180 g all-purpose flour
40 g almond powder
1 bag baking powder
Pinch of salt

Cream Cheese Frosting
200 g cream cheese
60 g powdered sugar
1 tsp lemon juice

Blueberry Jam
120g fresh blueberries
40 g sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 165°C
Mix lemon zest and sugar. Add eggs and whisk until slightly fluffy.
Add Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix gently.
Fold in flour, almond powder, baking powder, and salt. Do not overmix.
Pour into a loaf pan
Bake 45–55 minutes.
Let cool completely
Frosting:
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Spread over cooled cake.
Jam:
Put the blueberries and sugar in microwave for 1mn.

And voila!
Lemon and blueberry are truly meant to be together.
