ELBPHILHARMONIE HAMBURG
"Elphi" was designed as a cultural and residential complex by Swiss architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron in Hafencity of Hamburg. Modern wavy superstructure with an impressive glass facade, that consists of thousands of complex elements, stands on the original building with the brick facade from 1966.
The biggest of three concert venues can accommodate 2100 visitors, besides that the complex offers 244 hotel rooms, 45 luxury apartments, and a public area with restaurants, bars, conference rooms, and a spa. The final cost of the project reached a staggering €870 million. We love Elphi and we believe it was worth every cent spent on its construction.
One of the flat owners tasked Fibix to design the interior and create the renderings in order to provide a potential buyer with an experience of a fully furnished flat. The view from the window is genuine, the photo was taken on-site and later on used during the rendering. With respect to the unique facade, we also created 3D models of balustrades, which are called 'Tuning Forks'.
