ENG: Jan Zelinger was introduced to the technique of mixing on turntables at the end of 1998. As a Dj Kita he started to play in 1999 in clubs and festivals such as Hradhouse, Citadela, Summer of Love, Beat For Love, Coal Festival and others. He played not only all over the Czech Republic, but also in Slovakia, Poland, Germany and Luxembourg. As a guest he has appeared on Radio Jih, Kiss Publikum,
Techno Live Sets Radio, Radio Fajn or Svit Zlín where he had a show called Lords Radio Show. He released his first song on vinyl in 2003 under the name Volkom on Samopal Records. He released his first solo EP in 2011 on the Naked Records label called "I have to say EP". He has released his music on labels such as Natura Viva, Black Square Recordings,Egothermia Records, Yin Yang Records, Baikonur Records, Licker Records, OneWay, Ushuaia Music, Kool Katz, MOSP Recordings, Family Grooves, Plastik Galaxy, Reload, Climax Digital Records, Zero, Society 3.0 and many more. Since 2011 he has been playing, producing and releasing under the pseudonym Ian Kita. Currently he plays and produces mainly Techno but Tech House or Deep House. He is the founder and resident of the 100% Tech House event which is the longest running event in the Zlín Region. Since 2021 he has been organizing the Sklep House event with DJ Manisch in the club Sklep 33 in Zlín. He was an ambassador of MOAI Ecosystem. In 2023 he was ranked 3rd in the Bass Awards popularity poll in the producer and DJ category in the Czech Republic. CZ: Jan Zelinger se seznámil s technikou mixování na gramofony koncem roku 1998. Jako Dj Kita začal od roku 1999 hrát v klubech a na festivalech například Hradhouse, Citadela, Summer of Love, Beat For Love, Coal Festival a další. Hrál nejen po celé České Republice, ale i na Slovensku, Polsku, Německu a Lucembursku. Jako host vystupoval na rádiu Jih, Kiss Publikum, Techno Live Sets Radiu, rádiu Fajn nebo Svit Zlín kde měl pořad Lords Radio Show. Vlastní hudební tvorbě se začal věnovat v roce 2001. Svoji první skladbu vydal na vinylu v roce 2003 pod názvem Volkom na labelu Samopal Records. Své první sólové EP vydal v roce 2011 na labelu Naked Records s názvem “I have to say EP”. Je zakladatelem a rezidentem akce 100% Tech House která je nejdéle fungující akcí ve Zlínském Kraji. Od roku 2021 pořádá akci Sklep House s DJ Manischem ve zlínském klubu Sklep 33. Byl ambasadorem MOAI Ecosystému. V roce 2023 se umístil na 3 místě v anketě popularity Bass Awards v kategorii producent a kategorii DJ v České Republice.
