🇬🇧 Daily cicle of inclination baseline – case study
DynaRoot test was performed on a Picea pungens tree standing in the FAKOPP company’s yard in Sopron, Hungary. The test duration was 3 days. The baseline was calculated by a moving 30-second averaging window. It eliminates the vibration to give us a baseline. A clear daily periodicity was found (see Figure). The minimum baseline inclination was recorded around 2 hours before sunset, and the maximum was found before sunrise.

🇭🇺 Napi ciklus a fa dőlés alapvonalában – esettanulmány
Három napon át dinamikus gyökérvizsgálatot végeztünk a FAKOPP telephelyén álló ezüstfenyőn. A dőlés adatok alapvonalát 30 másodperces mozgó ablak átlagolásával származtattuk. A viszonylag gyors lengéseket ezzel a módszerrel kiátlagoltuk, így kaptuk meg az alapvonalat. Az alapvonal napi ingadozását láthatjuk a mellékelt ábrán. Napnyugta előtt 2 órával a legkisebb, napkelte előtt a legnagyobb a fa dőlése.

🇭🇺 A Faipar digitalizációja és fenntarthatósága a Duna régióban című szakmai napon vettünk részt. Gyenizse Péter faipari mérnök, a Fakopp Bt. gyártásvezetője "Roncsolásmentes anyagvizsgálati módszerek és alkalmazásaik" címmel tartott előadást a Pécsi Tudományegyetemen.
🇬🇧 We participated in a conference entitled Digitalisation and Sustainability of Wood Industry in the Danube Region. Péter Gyenizse, wood industry engineer, production manager of Fakopp Bt., gave a lecture on "Non-destructive wood testing methods and their applications" at the University of Pécs.
