Mit einem energiegeladenen Set meldeten sich LADY BEAST als zweite Band beim "The Night Before" des 2025er KEEP IT TRUE Festival Rising. Elf Stücke brachten sie in die 45 Minuten Spielzeit unter fünf Stücke vom aktuellen Album "The Inner Alchemist", das im März erschienen ist.
🎸 Der Auftritt begann mit „Through the Eyes of War“ und ließ von Beginn an keine Zweifel: LADY BEAST setzen auf klassisches Heavy-Metal-Handwerk mit hohem Tempo, klarer Gitarrenführung und kraftvollem Gesang. Frontfrau Deborah Levine überzeugte mit Präsenz und starker Stimme – auch wenn man den Eindruck hatte, dass man sich durch den dichten Set etwas hetzt.
🤘 Wunderbar war es, Andy Ramage an der Gitarre zu beobachten, der im vergangenen Jahr noch die doppelhalsige Bass-Gitarre bei Legendry auf dem Keep It True spielte. Überhaupt: Die Gitarren sind – neben dem stadionartigen Gesang von Lady Beast – eine Macht. Wenn man dann noch bedenkt, dass mit Adam Ramage an den Drums Andys Bruder sitzt und man den tighten Basssound hört, weiß man, was den dichten Sound ausmacht.
🔥 Das alles macht den Livegenuss zur echten Freude!
Die neuen Tracks wie „Starborn“, „Off With Their Heads“ und „Crone’s Crossroads“ fügten sich nahtlos ins Set ein und zeigten, dass die Band nach fünf Jahren Album-Pause nichts von ihrer Direktheit verloren hat. Besonders „Off With Their Heads“ punktete mit treibender Rhythmik und markanten Refrains.
LADY BEAST lieferten ein solides, schnörkelloses Konzert – und legten so richtig für Seven Sisters.

With a high-energy set, LADY BEAST took the stage as the second band during The Night Before at the 2025 KEEP IT TRUE Festival Rising. Eleven songs packed into a 45-minute slot, including five tracks from their latest album The Inner Alchemist, released in March.
🎸 The show kicked off with “Through the Eyes of War” and left no doubt from the start: LADY BEAST deliver classic heavy metal craftsmanship — fast-paced, with sharp guitar work and powerful vocals. Frontwoman Deborah Levine impressed with her commanding presence and strong voice, even though the dense set felt a bit rushed at times.
🤘 A true highlight was watching Andy Ramage on guitar, who last year played the double-neck bass guitar with Legendry at Keep It True. The guitars — alongside Lady Beast’s stadium-worthy vocals — are a force to be reckoned with. And when you realize that Adam Ramage, Andy’s brother, is behind the drum kit and you hear that tight bass sound, it becomes clear what makes their sonic density so effective.
🔥 All of this made the live experience a genuine joy!
New tracks like “Starborn,” “Off With Their Heads,” and “Crone’s Crossroads” blended seamlessly into the set, proving that the band hasn’t lost any of its punch despite a five-year gap between albums. “Off With Their Heads” stood out with driving rhythms and memorable choruses.
LADY BEAST delivered a solid, no-frills performance — setting the stage perfectly for Seven Sisters.
