⭐ In the last couple of weeks, we've been working with Yvonne Scheja, Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Consultant, on developing a 5-stage process designed to help HR managers, recruiters, and CEOs create a minimal Employee Value Proposition (mEVP). The end goal of our concept is to help them set up an impactful base for their .

🎉 And at last, we had the opportunity to try it out with Thinslices during our newest series! We did an assessment of their current employer brand, followed by a discussion on the recruitment process and future needs in this direction. We talked about , , , and actionable steps for improvement.

😎Yesterday was special! We were delighted to attend WorryLess.VoiceMore - 2nd edition, a social event for the women of tech in Iasi and beyond.

⁉️⭐ What did we learn? That aren’t necessarily good or bad. They’re just states and signals that nudge us to be more aware of the events that create them.

⁉️⭐ Also, we learned that we need to change the way we work together and be more . Company values written on walls mean nothing if our leaders don’t walk the talk.

🤗 👉 Overall, it was an opportunity to reconnect face to face with friends and colleagues we haven’t seen in ages. And for 2 hours we worried less, felt more, laughed, and enjoyed every minute.
