Sometime this year I decided to turn my life around and return to something that I used to love.
Some 10 years ago I realized that I need to create in order to feel alive, and ever since I am looking for that thing that medium (while let's be honest I am also holding down a full time job that was draining all my energy)
A year ago I thought digital art will be the one but a year went by and I felt I am more drawn to painting and real life textures and materials.
I am not gonna lie... The road is not over here. There are so many options ahead still.
Practicing, learning theory, more practicing.
What medium to choose what style to do?
I am really interested in oils. But acrylics seems easier to handle. Watercolour looks so much Fun and they are pocket size!!!!!
I love abstracts, but my brain has a hard time to let go of reality. And by reality I mean high fantasy things too 🤣
I also think it would be beneficial to learn some classic art for properly be able to draw shapes, faces bodies, animals, flowers, colour theory....
I don't know where this road takes me.... But I know that I have to start somewhere.... So I will go wherever the moment takes me and I will just do something.
If you like this is my practice page.
Feel free to give me some feedback if you see if some of the stuff came out better or if you have pointers.
I will maybe try to copy or crate some heavily inspired art... When it will be on purpose I will do my best to tag the original artist. There are soany crazy good artists and ideas are out there.
