Letzte Chance, die Jijang-Rolle im zu sehen – und die Animationen, die monströös für die Sonderausstellung des Museums für Asiatische Kunst gestaltet hat!

Nur noch bis zum 20. Oktober habt ihr die Möglichkeit, ein einzigartiges Kunstwerk der koreanischen Malerei des 14. Jahrhunderts zu sehen: Die Hängerolle mit der Darstellung des Bodhisattva Jijang und der Zehn Höllenkönige ist eine von weltweit nur 160 buddhistische Malereien aus der Goryeo-Zeit (918–1392), die noch erhalten sind.

On World Children’s Day we are sharing with you a clip created for the US nonprofit a few years ago, narrated by actress and activist Rosario Dawson.

Children’s Rights is an organization based in New York that investigates, exposes and combats violations of the rights of children across the country.

The World Children’s Day was officially established in 1954. This year’s theme in Germany is “Children’s Rights – Building Blocks of Democracy.”

Hi, I’m Rūta! Last year I finished my BA in Animation in Lithuania, and in October I came to monströös for a post-study Erasmus internship. I have been really grateful to be here ever since :))))) I am still figuring out my own style, but I love everything 2D - from character animation to hand-drawn VFX. I like to experiment with animation rather than stick to one fixed style - sometimes I follow a technique I enjoy, other times I let the concept guide the look. It fascinates me how tricky it is sometimes to animate things like water or clouds - they seem so random, but they are not. When I get stuck or start overthinking, I open MS Paint and draw like a two-year-old. It is a way to let go of perfection and just enjoy the process. Often, those raw, simple sketches feel the most honest - and that is what I love.

How does your MusicSchoolLibraryOperaHouse of the future look? 🎺📚🎶

The and  are running an architecture competition for children and young people together with the Clara Schumann Music School and the Music Library of the Düsseldorf City Libraries.

Anyone between the ages of 4 and 18 can submit ideas on what the new opera house of , which is due to be built by 2034, should look like.

What do children and young people want from a new building that is also open during the day and offers space to listen to music, make music or simply meet and be there? The suggestions can be painted, crafted, kneaded or created on the computer.

has designed the visuals for the campaign. In addition to the animated trailer, this includes a key visual with four different motifs, a brochure and animations for the clips of the video tour through the opera.

Neon ist ein super schlaues neunjähriges Mädchen und Bor ihr schlauer Baby-Bruder, dessen Baby-Sprache nur seine Schwester versteht. Egal ob Lärmsauger oder Haustiermischer - für alles haben die beiden eine witzge Idee. Damit treiben sie ihre Mutter und ihren Vater (gesprochen von Marc-Uwe Kling) regelmäßig an den Rand des Wahnsinns.

„Neon & Bor“ wurde von Kinderbuchautor Marc-Uwe Kling und Drehbuchautor Jan Cronauer im Auftrag des WDR für entwickelt. Produziert wurde „Neon & Bor“ von X Filme Creative Pool in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Animationsstudio monströös .

Hey, I'm your go-to After Effects Swiss Army knife!

I grew up on films like Ghost In The Shell and nowadays I'll watch anything from Walter Ruttmann to Felix Colgrave. I love rice in every form and dogs in embarrassing costumes. My dream is to join another Ogoh-ogoh parade someday and learn how to roller skate.

I've known monströös since it's beginning and I'm thrilled to be part of it 🎉
