Bleeps and bloops trickle the repetitive rhythms and drones from the acoustic bass. The music is based on complex manipulation of simple ideas and forms. The sound is the interaction of non-reactive, live-sample manipulation from the electronics, and improvisational conversation with the bass through subtly varying qualities of the simple sounds of the bass. The quality of the sound is the result of 7 years of research and exploration into the different sounds and textures coming from the acoustic bass. In the end, the album is just an imaginary story.

The fluidity of uncertainty is musically negotiated to its limits. A journey unfolds that leaves a lasting impression. The three musicians discover the thrill of playing together to explore something: the indirect profitability.

How strange, how wondrously unfathomable life can be - and how can we ever hope to grasp it with mere language? The piece “Misteriöser” and its metamorphosis into “L’Ange qui reste”, is not just music - it is an invocation, a gesture toward the unknown.
And if we still cannot comprehend, we let go. We close our eyes and allow “S.O.M.” (Shadow without Man) and “L’Ange qui passe” to move through us like passing spirits, like memories from another life. Until finally, with eyes reopened, we realize that the music has not just played - it has revealed. It has passed over us like a vision, like a silent truth that can only be felt, not explained. And so the answer to our first question lies not in
thought or language - but in the living mystery itself: life, fleeting and eternal, always just beyond the reach of our understanding.
