This Sunday, the 6th of July, the freshly opened space in Berlin Lichtenberg offers a full experience - featuring full crew & full Soundsystem, starting from 3 pm until 10 pm. 📆🕒
Cost of entry will be donation based, Block1 further offers delicious African fusion food options on site! 🎟🍲
On a musical note, we're joyful to share the decks with our brother (aka "Rouz Dawta" 🤣) who already joined us for vibe-ful dances in the past. 📀🔊

Berlin Family! Tonight we play at the Sonic Pluriverse Festival in the iconic 🌍🔥
It’s a true honour to be part of this powerful lineup - to follow none other than , a living legend whose revolutionary poetry stands as a sharp weapon of truth - giving voice to the struggles and resistance of the African diaspora for decades.
And the mighty to tune into the omega frequency - restoring balance with an untamable, unapologetic voice - burning the spiritual fire in the heart of Babylon.
We are humbled and beyond grateful to be part of this. We'll be running tunes afterwards - celebrating the foundation, tributing the originators of reggae music and Rastafari.
The message remains strong. And in these times, it’s more relevant than ever ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

"When the music hits..." It was such a vibe to be able to string up our system ❤️ Big thanks for giving us the opportunity (thanks to the neighbours as well lol) - because as we all know, spaces for Soundsystem are scarse, spaces for promoting and sharing Roots Music practically do not exist. A Roots Music Dance is not a rave, doesn't bring as much profit - but it's necessity, importance and value in these shifting times is not questionable. 🧿🎶✨

🦁 Las hijas del root llegaron desde Berlín. En su viaje en escoba atravesaron lagos y cordilleras y pelearon contra las tormentas. A la entrada de La Palma tuvieron el último chaparrón y por fin llegaron a La Casa. Allí las recibimos entre gritos de alegría. 💓🙌💓
🦁 Roots Daughters Soundsystem, reggae, dub, vinilos, sound system, good vibes… el sol se iba escondiendo en Tazacorte 🌞🌚
'The daughters of the root came from Berlin. On their broomstick journey, they crossed lakes and mountain ranges, fought storms, and braved the winds. At the gates of La Palma, the last downpour caught them — but at last, they arrived at La Casa. There, we welcomed them with cries of joy. Reggae, dub, vinyls, sound system, good vibes... the sun was setting over Tazacorte'.
