The 76th Berlin International Film Festival

At the Golden Globes × Bvlgari Soirée, Tariq Al-Saies opted for a modern black suit by Karl Lagerfeld.

Tariq Al-Saies is among the most promising rising international actors. Born in Damascus and based in Copenhagen, he trained at the Copenhagen International School of Performing Arts and works internationally between Europe and the Middle East.

In 2026, Al-Saies will appear in the lead role of Ibrahim Mansour in the HBO Max drama series 4 Blocks Zero, the prequel to the successful series 4 Blocks. As one of the first German-language HBO Originals produced as part of the expansion into the GAS region, the production has a clear international focus. With its premiere scheduled for fall 2026, Al-Saies continues to strengthen his position in the international market.

Anissa Loucif .loucif

From operating room to open mic: Anissa Loucif currently balances a rapidly rising comedy career with life as a new mother.

Born in Düsseldorf to an Algerian father and a German mother, Anissa studied medicine and later moved to Berlin to work as an anaesthesiologist at the Charité. There she learned to stay calm under extreme pressure — and discovered that putting people to sleep is far less fun than making them laugh. Feeling something was missing, she made a bold decision and left the security of her medical career to pursue comedy, enrolling in professional training at the Hamburg School of Comedy.

In 2023, she lived a double life: mornings in the clinic, evenings on stand-up stages, with writing sessions squeezed in between. The workload was intense, but the payoff came quickly. Her comedy draws from personal experiences as a Muslim woman, a doctor and now a mother — stories shaped by life in Berlin and told with intelligence, warmth and razor-sharp wit.

Isabella Luna .official born in Munich and raised in Berlin, is known for her polarising, socially critical parodies on social media. With a sharp eye and a strong sense of self-irony, she takes on social role models, pop culture, spiritual trends and digital self-optimisation.

Through her satirical and bold writing, Isabella Luna seamlessly bridges comedy, singing and rap. Her work moves effortlessly between humour and commentary — entertaining, pointed and unmistakably contemporary.
