Berliner Union Film Ateliers (BUFA)

Mit Blick auf Berlins berühmten Flughafen Tempelhof ist der Berliner Union Film Campus ein ikonischer Produktionsstandort, reich an Geschichte. Die Gebäude und Studios wurden ursprünglich 1912 erbaut und spielen seit über 100 Jahren eine wichtige Rolle bei der Herstellung von Film- und Fernsehproduktionen. From June 9 to 20, we realized 12 open-air screenings in cooperation with the Berlinale. We had 12 successful and wonderful nights in our Tempelhof “Kiez-Kino” with films like “The Mauritanian” or „Nebenan“. The latter was partly shot in our studios. The Summer Special was also a successful opening to our newly designed event area.

In addition to the completely sold-out screenings, we had a fantastic time with our service providers and partners, whom we would like to thank again:

As the temperatures are rising, the sun is shining and social life starts again, we from BUFA have been very busy to plan exciting events over the next two weeks:

While the Berlinale - Berlin International Film Festival Summer Special is in its last days,
we will have the opening event of COMMON GROUND, a temporary exhibition of Berlin-based artists, this Saturday, 19.6.:
