Jazz-O-Tech

Techno-Jazz record label based in Berlin and Milan. Modern music needs to be ambitious. Jazz-o-Tech will be "avant-garde" but with a soul.

In the truly experimental spirit of the pioneers of jazz and electronic underground music, Jazz-o-Tech "manifesto" envisage the development of a style which is free from any kind constraints dictated by the "genre", by the track's structure, or any cold cliche' of modern electronic music. Jazz-o-Tech, instead, wants to encourage innovation, experimentation, improvisation and live elements which m

ake every performance and every track dense with musical ideas and full of soul. We embrace the spirit and sound of the Jazz heritage but we implant it on the experimental sounds and warm analogic grooves of techno and electronica. We foster collaboration between electronic music producers and "live" musicians in order to create a new musical space where technology meets improvisation, rhythm meets inspiration and innovation meets tradition. It must aim at delivering to the public a musical message which is one step beyond what has already been heard, and take the public by hand to a new musical journey, a journey into the powerful mystical dimension of music.

The bridge between Berlin, Tokyo, Okayama and Osaka is open. Come and experience the vision of our Japanese family.

From March 20th to 28th, Jazz-O-Tech organizes a series of events between Tokyo, Okayama, and Osaka.

Our local artists and partners have fully organized and curated every date, translating the label’s manifesto into the heart of their own scene.

The line-up features local talents presenting their unique crossover of electronic music and jazz shades. Through a series of DJ sets and live performances, they will explore a sound that defies convention.

This tour is an open invitation to discover a new sonic territory, network with our growing community, dance, and listen to the future of the techno-jazz movement.

3月20日から28日まで、Jazz-O-Techが3都市を巡るジャパンツアーを開催。

各公演のラインナップは、ローカルアーティストとパートナーが主体となって編成される。レーベルのマニフェストを、それぞれのシーンのど真ん中へと落とし込む。

エレクトロニックミュージックを軸にジャズのニュアンスを横断するローカルタレントが集結。DJセットとライブパフォーマンスを通して、既存の枠を超えるクロスオーバーサウンドをお届けする。

このツアーは、新たな音の領域を切り開く。広がり続けるコミュニティとリンクしながら、踊り、交わり、テクノジャズの現在とその先を体感するためのオープンインビテーションとなるだろう。
