Wexcast is back!

For the 8th edition, we’ve got a blissful 175 minutes of Andersen’s set from our Wex showcase at Club Der Visionaere this past June.

With 18 appearances on Wex across the sub labels, including 9 EPs and 9 VA apperances, the label’s been a bit of a playground for Andersen to experiment and explore. He’s been around since the early days, a long-time friend and collaborator who’s helped shape the sound of Wex over the years.

Sasha has released a track on the 010 Part 1 compilation and has another one lined up on the forthcoming Telomere 020.4.

Sasha began experimenting with electronic music in 2007 and underscores his dedication to crafting innovative music without becoming entrenched in a particular sound.

Starting off the week with a new Wexcast.

Wexcast #3 • Konerytmi

is the brain-child of longtime Electro artist Kirill Junolainen who has making electronic music since the late 80’s.
He has released on Wex’s, series a total of five times, bringing us his interpretation of breakbeats and electro.
You can check out his EPs on Telomere 006, Telomere 011 and Telomere 017.
He also has a track on the Telomere 010 VA and the most recent 5 track VA, Telomere 020.3.
This mix features some of his current electro and breakbeat favourites, happy listening 🎧

Its been almost 10 years of Wex in the making and its hard to believe that their has not been a podcast series yet. But, as they say, better late than never.

To start off the Wexcast series, label head Marco Malpeso brings us the first mix featuring a bunch of tracks coming up on Wex and its sub labels.
