Robert Hood's landmark 1994 album 'Minimal Nation' helped define the minimal techno movement, influencing generations of artists.

He joined the legendary Underground Resistance as the 'Minister of Information' alongside co-founders 'Mad' Mike Banks and Jeff Mills in the late 1980s, and has been a beacon within the techno scene ever since. Through his acclaimed Floorplan project, whom he now performs live alongside daughter Lyric, Hood continues to fuse soul, house and techno, cementing his status as one of electronic music’s true innovators.
