This European initiative addresses a clear skills gap: how to embed Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) into management education and professional training.

From 💻 MOOCs to 🌐 international Spring Schools, EDIFY has created new pathways for building inclusive leadership across Europe.

One of the most powerful elements?
💼 Work-Based Learning (WBL) — where students moved from theory to practice, applying EDI concepts in real organizations and driving inclusive change in workplaces.

At Female Founder Space, we proudly hosted and mentored both national and international interns. 💡 Their projects supported women entrepreneurs and inclusive startup ecosystems, turning classroom learning into meaningful, hands-on experience. For many, these internships became a turning point — not only in their professional growth but also in how they understand leadership and inclusion.
