The Catamaran is a project run by the Berlin based organization, Media in Cooperation and Transition, together with the Sri Lanka Press Institute / Press Complaints Commission and the Media Resource and Training Centre at the University of Jaffna. The project is funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
