কাচ্চি বিরিয়ানি খাওয়ার শখ তো আমাদের প্রচুর! কিন্তু ঘরে বানাতে ঝামেলা মনে হয়। এত এত মশলা জোগাড় করে দমে দিয়ে রান্না করার কথা ভাবলেই মনে হয় কি যেনো এত ঝামেলা! আর বেশিরভাগ সময় চাল ভর্তা হয়ে যায় নাহয় আধা কাঁচা থেকে যায়। একারণে অনেক দাম দিয়ে বাহিরে খাওয়া হয় বেশি। সেখানেও কি ঝামেলা কম! অনেক সময় মাংস এত শক্ত থাকে যে রীতিমতো রেস্টুরেন্টের প্লেট যাওয়ার অবস্থা হয়। হয় মাংস খুঁজে পাওয়া যায় না, নয়তো আলু মিসিং! এত ঝামেলার করে কি আর খেতে ভালো লাগে!

আমার চ্যানেলে পেয়ে যাবেন বিস্তারিত খুঁটিনাটি টিপসসহ কাচ্চি রান্নার সহজ রেসিপি। যারা কখনো ভাতও রান্না করেননি তারাও অতি সহজে কম খরচে ঘরে থাকা উপকরণ দিয়ে এই বিরিয়ানি বানিয়ে নিতে পারবেন। যেই টাকায় পরিবারের সবার জন্য কাচ্চি বাহির থেকে কিনবেন যা খেয়েও বেশিরভাগ সময় তৃপ্তি আসে না, তার চেয়ে কম খরচে অতি সহজেই নিজের পছন্দ মত পরিমাণে মাংস, আলু দিয়ে খুব সহজে ঘরেই বানিয়ে নিন আর সবাইকে খুশি করুন! আশা করি আপনাদের ভালো লাগবে।

এসে গেছে আমাদের নতুন রেসিপি। আমাদের বাসায় পুরনো আগের দিনের ভাত থেকে গেলে তা দিয়ে কি করব ভেবে পাই না। এখন আর সেই ভাত ফেলে না দিয়ে চটজলদি বানিয়ে ফেলতে পারেন সুস্বাদু আর মুখরোচক ফ্রাইড রাইস! এটা বানাতে সময় লাগবে মাত্র ৫ মিনিট! আর দেরি না করে দেখে নিন আমাদের রেসিপিটি।
