💔 “Water… something that was once the simplest blessing has become a distant dream in Gaza.”
This elderly woman speaks with a voice worn down by exhaustion:
“We walk for hours just to find a little water… and if we find it, we don’t know whether to save it for drinking, cooking, or for the children.”
What kind of life forces elderly people to carry heavy containers and stand in long lines under the scorching sun just to get a few drops of water?
In Gaza, people are no longer searching for comfort or luxury. They are searching for the most basic human necessity: clean drinking water, a roof over their heads, and a single day without fear.
Faces marked by thirst, bodies exhausted by endless waiting, and hearts that still cling to hope despite everything they have endured.
This grandmother is not alone. She represents thousands of mothers, grandmothers, and fathers who spend their days searching for water while the thirst grows more severe with each passing day.
Please do not let these voices go unheard.
May God have mercy on the people of Gaza, provide them with clean water, relieve their suffering, replace their fear with safety, and grant them hope and peace. 🤲💙
