Natural bliss festival a conscious gathering ✨

You know what this festival reminded me of again?My free, wild and adventures soul. Waking up in nature, eating healthy food in community sitting on the grass, practicing yoga and Kirtan, talking about spirituality & life, no walls around, calls in a tent and other free spirits around me. I used to say it as a joke better put me in a jungle than in an office and now I realised again how much truth was within that joke. Any other free spirited, freedom seeking, conscious women here who can resonate with that?🙄

If you keep telling yourself that one sentence: “I am not there yet,” this post is for you 🤍

The last few years, I have been telling myself that sentence over and over again, and with that, I have told myself that everything I have been doing was not good enough. Like teaching a yoga class and just remembering the one thing that could have been better, rather than focusing on the wonderful hour just spent together in movement and peace.

The same pattern subconsciously took over in my online business when I started it last year next to my 9–5, to slowly make my way out of the corporate world that doesn’t serve me at all.

Rather than asking myself what I haven’t achieved yet, I got challenged and asked what I have achieved since starting. So here I want to share it with you

- I found my hope and positivity for the future again
- I believe in myself and think, that I am worthy of it (just this one brings tears to my eyes)
- I learned 1000 new skills in the online world
- I am overcoming the constant need to hustle and learning to grow in a sustainable way, with joy and peace rather than burning myself out
- I found incredible new friends in my business partner and feel like I belong
- I learned how to become independent without someone telling me what to do next
- I remembered joy & peace
- I learned how to detach myself from other people’s opinions so I can finally live a life that feels true and in alignment with me
- I remembered my truth

All of this for myself, but also to guide conscious women out there to create a life filled with purpose and freedom that aligns with who they are, rather than forcing themselves into a life that feels like living someone else’s. I know the deep pain that comes with it and believe that it’s time to transform it into purpose. In the end, we are all here to love and to serve. Starting an online business will not be a quick fix , it will be a big part of your healing journey. It won’t just be about the results, but also about the person you are becoming on the way. It’s about the process 🌱

It all starts with your why. This might surprise you, but we didn’t want to start an online business what we wanted was something different. Helping others, living in alignment, creating a sanctuary, living healthy, and travelling freely.

Last week, Hester and I sat together to talk about our vision, and with that, the application we filled out to learn more about how to make the dreams you find in this post on page 2 and 3 a reality.

Away from the norm, yet so close to our heart, soul’s mission, and inspiration. Our reality looked so different yet we knew there has to be a way to make it happen. No more playing small or living a life that feels misaligned. That’s what got us started and still keeps us going these days, especially on the days that feel challenging or like nothing is working.

The piece of land we both envision does not exist in the real world yet, but in our hearts, minds, and spirit, it does. And we are 100% certain it will happen because we keep taking aligned action.

This is not to brag, but to remind you to dream.
I receive applications that fill me with so much joy reading them. It’s time to stop settling and start creating. Your dreams have been given to you for a reason. Trust your path and start walking it. 🤍
